- While making the appointment, confirm that you will pay by credit card and provide an email address. An invoice will be generated at Google Checkout and emailed to
you. Please check your junk mail filters and/or spam box if you do not see the email. Open the email invoice, click on the link and submit your credit card information.
- Travel to the appointment will be made after I receive payment confirmation from Google Checkout.
Credit Card Refund Policy:
- I will call to confirm that you have received an invoice from Google Checkout and
to review the details of our meeting. You have this opportunity to reschedule or cancel with no questions asked. If you cancel, you will be given a full refund.
- If I am unable to reach you at the phone number(s) you provided and an
answering machine or voicemail is reached, it does not render the appointment canceled. I will proceed to the location as scheduled. After twenty minutes have passed the meeting time, you will be considered a "no-show". No refund will be issued. At this point, no reschedules will be accepted.
- While I am en route to the appointment and you call to cancel, it will be canceled. Only the notarization charges will be refunded. The travel fee will not be refunded.
- No refund will be issued if any document signer fails to present an accepted form
of identification at the appointment. Click here for ID requirements and information.
- When travel to the appointment and notarizations are completed, no refunds will
be issued.
- Charge-backs will be assessed a $35 fee and added to the outstanding balance. Other penalty charges are listed on the previous page. Please take a moment to review them.
