**Please note: If your check is returned by the bank because it cannot be processed, for any reason, a $25 returned check fee will be added to the outstanding balance. Credit card charge-backs will be assessed a $35 fee and added to the outstanding balance. If the balance due is not paid within 30 days from the date of service, a $25 late fee will also be added to the total amount due. Separate invoices will be assessed returned check, charge-back and/or late fees individually, as warranted.
**All rights and remedies allowed by law will be exercised, including seeking redress in a court of law. Damages will be sought to include the unpaid balance plus interest, late fees, collection fees, and possibly attorney's fees.
