Fees:

  • Positive ID must be presented at the appointment. Click here for requirements

  • Notarizations are $10 per signer for each document, plus a travel fee.
  • The travel fee varies by distance from zip code 91786 and will be calculated
    using MapQuest or Google Maps only. It may be reduced or waived for
    certain conditions.
  • No travel fee is charged for ten or more notarizations in a single transaction by
    the same customer, and I will travel up to 25 miles one way.
    $1.00 per mile will be charged for distances exceeding 25 miles.
  • Loan signing fees are negotiable. Call for a fee schedule.
