    Quitclaim Deeds, Grant Deeds, Advanced Health Care Directives, Trusts,
    Powers of Attorney, and many more documents.
  • 25 years of customer service and administrative experience have given me the
    tools to work well with clients and make the signing process smooth and efficient.
  • I am bonded and carry $100,000 of E & O insurance.
  • My Brother MFC 9420CN color laser printer has PCL6 drivers and can scan and fax.
    I also have a Brother HL-2140 laser printer as a backup which means I am never down and readily able to accept large edoc files.
  • I will travel to cities within Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

Fees:

  • Positive ID must be presented at the appointment. Click here for requirements

  • Notarizations are $10 per signer for each document, plus a travel fee.
  • The travel fee varies by distance from zip code 91786 and the first 25 miles are included. Additional charge for distances exceeding 25 miles. The fee may be reduced or waived for certain conditions. Travel distance is calculated using MapQuest or Google Maps.
  • No travel fee is charged for ten or more notarizations in the same transaction.
  • For loan signings, call for a fee schedule.
  • Service requests for inmates at jails/detention centers require advance payment
    by cash, debit, or credit card only. Fee includes travel to the facility,
    two notarizations, and maximum two hours of waiting time. Call for complete
